The Fatima Bint Mubarak Women Sports Awards will feature 9 awards:
- Best Arab Women Athlete
- Best Emirati Women Athlete
- Best Youth Athlete
- Best Paralympic Athlete
- Best Female / Male Coach
- Best Sports Media
- Best Sport Mother
- Best Team
- Arab Sport Personality of the Year
Upon meeting the award criteria and the general entry requirements, you can apply for all awards, except Arab Sport Personality of the Year.
To apply for an award, you:
- Must meet the criteria of the award you are applying for.
- Must have not violated the ethical standards and values of international sport, as recognized by the International Olympic Committee and other leading sports organizations.
- Must demonstrate your most prominent achievements and results.
- Must ensure that your accomplishments were recorded between 5 June 2023 and 10 September 2024.
- Submit applications in both Arabic and English.

Yes, provided that you have achieved new milestones within the timeframe of the awards cycle.
Yes, you can nominate someone else, provided that they meet the award criteria and the general entry requirements.
The submission deadline is 10 September 2024.
The Fatima Bint Mubarak Women Sports Awards nomination period will run from 5 June 2024 and 10 September 2024.
The judging will take place over three phases:
PHASE I – Review and audit by the Award Committee to confirm that the applications meet all terms and conditions of the Award.
Phase II – Review of applications by the award committee and selection of a maximum of five nominees for each award.
Phase III – Review the list of candidates and vote collectively to select winners.
Winners will be announced on 13 November 2024 during the Awards Ceremony.
The judges committee consists of prominent individuals from international sport governing bodies, industry influencers and media personalities.
Yes, the total prize money fund is AED 1.8 million.

- BEST EMIRATI WOMEN ATHLETE 300,000
- BEST YOUTH ATHLETE 150,000
- BEST PARALYMPIC ATHLETE 150,000
- BEST FEMALE / MALE COACH /150,000
- BEST SPORTS MEDIA 100,000
- BEST SPORTS MOTHER 150,000
- BEST TEAM 300,000
- The Arab Sports Personality of the Year award does not include a cash prize.
Yes, all awards, except for the Best Female/Male Coach award, are open to female submissions only.
There will be 9 awards for 9 winners.
No, this award is open to all female athletes with intellectual disabilities, as well as physical and hearing disabilities.
